- With a week a minimum stay of 7 days is intended, from Saturday evening to the next Saturday morning
- In the apartments marked (*), it is possible to add another bed or, for children under 3 years old, a free cot bed
- (**) From 10/01 to 28/03 the second week is reduced by 10%, the third and fourth weeks by 20%
- For short periods (less than a week) and weekends, the offers published on our site are applied
- In the periods from 09/05 to 23/05 and from 05/09 to 30/09 the second week is reduced by 10%
- Parking is available if booked (daily fee of 5,00 euro)
- Final cleaning 30,00 euro
CONDITIONS
Prices include heating, electricity, water, gas, linen changing and air conditioning.
Tourist tax (from april to october) isn't included.
In the period from 08/08 to 22/08 a minimum stay of 2 weeks is requested.
Arrivals and departures are usually on Saturdays: arrivals after 5:00 pm, departures before 10:00 am
The apartments are intended to accommodate a fixed number of guests. Extra persons are not allowed to stay.
When booking is confirmed the client must pay a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price.
Final payment must be made on arrival.
A guarantee deposit of 50,00 euros is requested on arrival.
